My Journey & Developing the Reading Process

Background

Growing up in New England, the middle child of a minister’s family, I was what is known now

as an empath or sensitive, and I felt everything. I was clairsentient, receiving information

through that psychic receptor area. Challenging situations developed which I did not have the

tools to handle. And from my understanding later these experiences, it benefits my current

clients. I was introduced to an international perspective from a young age and lived outside the

U.S. in several countries. Exploring cultures is close to my heart. Creative and bright, I

developed first as a musician, later as a poet, and now have more affinity to art. These influences

come through in the readings, as Spirit often communicates through images and metaphors.

Psychic Abilities Developing

In my twenties, I discovered yoga and meditation and read information about reincarnation and

metaphysics. I began to follow a more spiritual path. While meditating, I began to hear

messages (clairaudient). In 1982, attending an international spiritual conference in

Elizabethtown, PA, my heart and my third eye opened dramatically (clairvoyance). Over time,

all the “clairs” became active. Learning MariEL healing (an offshoot of Reiki) with wonderful

teacher Ethel Lombardi, I found my abilities became stronger. In 1983 I began to offer informal

sessions which evolved into 45-minute readings. In the early 1990s, in a meditation on the red

cliffs of Sedona, I connected with a Council of Elders whom I call the Golden Beings of Light.

The loving, clear information they continue to provide is seen, heard, known, felt, etc.

Over the years, I attended seminars, offered regular readings at yoga studios, had tables at

Psychic Fairs gave lectures at spiritual gatherings and traveled around the Eastern U.S. offering

sessions and seminars. Readings are just as effective whether virtually or in person. I have

offered sessions online and traveled locally, nationally, and internationally, offering seminars,

lectures, and readings. 

Receiving information

When doing a reading, I am basically “wide open” (after grounding and protecting before I

begin). I watch, hear, and feel these “movies”, screening information coming to me, asking that

the information be “clear, loving, accurate, positive, and only what the person needs to know at

the present time.” I also receive information from other beings of Light. Sessions provide an

emotional/spiritual mirror to help clients illuminate blocking patterns.

Because my clairaudience is particularly strong (I am a poet and musician as well), the readings

developed through the vibration of the NAME. So the client gives me the name of a person,

the name of a pet, the name of a house, name of a business. Then that “name” is plugged into the source

(some would say I am also connecting to the Akashic Records-a kind of repository or spiritual

library for each soul). The information flows through very quickly; I step aside and allow the

flow. Clients can ask any question of Spirit.

Sessions work in the same way whether the person is on the Earth or the Other Side. The

information doesn’t depend on whether or not the deceased loved one is a clear communicator. I

am not just receiving information from the person who crossed over, but also getting information

about them from my spirit guides. Either way, there is always information available regarding the

loved one’s situation. Because the vibrational frequency is different on the other side, a medium

must adapt to that faster energy. The information must be “translated” because non-human terms are

different on the other side.

Recorded sessions often provide insight into a month, a year, or many years later. I’ve been

contacted after some time has passed and the client tells me, “NOW I understand what was

coming through”, which is why sessions are recorded. The only caveat in readings is that Spirit

does not tell humans what to do or what will happen. That is the path of free will active on the

Earth plane.

My Purpose

As a long-time psychic medium, I know my purpose is to help clients gain clarity through

channeled information. Sessions can assist individuals to look more deeply within, to connect to

their spiritual paths, and then make positive, conscious choices. Channeled readings can

answer questions, give comfort, and help clients feel seen and heard. They can provide

connection to loved ones on the Other Side. My goal is also to teach individuals through

intuition and meditation seminars and through informative lectures and seminars. My wish is

that everyone develops their own direct connection to Spirit. I also hope to reassure clients that

death is not a disaster but a return to our original home which is filled with light, joy, and

unconditional love.
